- Yogurt parfait with granola
- oatmeal with raspberries on top
- Peanut butter on whole wheat english muffin topped with ½ cup of bananas
- Omelet with veggies and small amount of cheese
- fresh fruit salad
- A good smoothie is a good option too!
- Or a bowl of bran cereal a little granola and a few fresh berries top with milk will get the body going!
